About Me

El Salvador flagxUniversity of Pennsylvania logo

I grew up in El Salvador and now study Systems Engineering at Penn, with a minor in Computer Science (class of 2028).

I co-founded Navega Technologies, where we built Atlas — an AI platform that manages the full lifecycle of travel itineraries for agencies. Before that and alongside it, I've worked across product, strategy, and research, mostly on tools that make complicated processes easier to run.

Off the laptop: squash, wakeboarding, and the Camino de Santiago — twice. Any spare time goes to reading theology and investing in high-beta ventures.

University of Pennsylvania

  • Researched how the Linux scheduler handles time-critical decisions and how peer labs tackle ML inference latency in scheduling for the LDOS Lab, becoming the team's reference on competing approaches.
  • Benchmarked competing labs' solutions into comparative deliverables the team adopted to guide its implementation of learned resource-management policies.
